This handbook is intended for adult patients with hemophilia and their family members, as well as everyone else who comes into contact with a person with hemophilia. In the event of bleeding in a person with hemophilia, one can easily consult it for advice. The format of the handbook is designed to be easily packed for travel. It describes bleeding in adults, from the most common types, which may or may not be serious, to less common types of bleeding that can, however, be very serious.
