The 4th Gala Evening Is Just Around the Corner — Haemophilia Patients Will Meet in January
ČSH

Dear friends and members, there are four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, winter — with haemophilia patients at the Alcron, it's always a great time. And in 2019, there will also be four editions of the event commonly known as the "haemo-ball." Allow us to invite you on behalf of both organizations to the 4th Gala Evening of the Czech Hemophilia Society and Hemojunior, which will take place on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at the Alcron Radisson Blu Hotel in Prague. The programme begins at 18:00, with admission to the hall from 17:15.
The Wocaties Band will once again play for dancing and listening — we are delighted that they enjoyed last year's edition so much and are looking forward to the haemophilia ball again. The programme will naturally include the popular raffle, and David Rehak will perform exclusively, joined by his brother Jakub, a haemophilia B patient. This rare and very talented pair of young men will prepare not only guitars but likely also ukuleles. Refreshments will of course be provided in the form of a buffet, and guests will receive beer, wine, and soft drinks free of charge. You know the drill by now.
When the inaugural edition took place in 2016, we didn't know what future the haemo-ball at the Alcron would have, whether it would succeed, and whether this event — exceptional in the history of both organizations — would take hold. We decided to organize it as a thank-you to our long-standing sponsors, major sponsors, and people who take care of us and help us. But the Gala Evening of the Czech Hemophilia Society and Hemojunior has become above all an opportunity for all of us to meet again and have fun in an unconventional setting and in formal attire. Thanks to positive feedback, a lovely tradition has been established at the Alcron Hotel. Moreover, 2019 is special for Hemojunior, which will come of age — it has been operating since 2001.
We strongly emphasize that formal dress is required to enter the hotel.
If you are interested in attending, please fill in the registration form at this link. Due to the hall capacity of 100 persons, we will send you your ticket only after payment of CZK 250 to account 2109200873/2700 (please include your full name and "co-payment Alcron event" in the note). This way, all genuinely interested attendees should be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you again!
For any questions, please contact the chairman of Hemojunior (Michael Beren, beren@hemojunior.cz, 721 738 541). If you would like to contribute an interesting item to the raffle, please contact Katka Altmanova (katerina.altmanova@seznam.cz, 603 412 691).
