Gala Evening 13 January 2024

After four years spent in the beautiful setting of the Prague Hotel Alcron, we are moving to another part of Prague's historic centre. The venue for the next edition, the fifth in the series, will be provided by Hotel Marriott. Thanks to the very accommodating and helpful hotel staff, Honza Veškrna, and Katka Altmanová, the entire matter was brought to a successful conclusion.

Many of you will remember this pleasant hotel from the European Haemophilia Consortium meeting in 2012. At that time, the Czech Hemophilia Society welcomed around 300 participants from all over the world, and it was a truly successful event. You can reminisce about this successful occasion at this link. The hotel has since undergone renovation, but the conference halls have been preserved. And so we decided to invite members of both organisations to "one" of them, so that after four years we could once again spend an evening together, as a thank you to those who support our activities and care for us, not only at haemophilia centres. You can therefore look forward not only to a pleasant evening spent with friends from both organisations and from among sponsors and doctors, but also to good refreshments, a rich tombola, and perhaps even a surprise.

We agreed with the Hotel Marriott management that the date will be 13 January 2024. The programme will begin at 5:30 PM, with entry to the hall available from 4:45 PM. The expected finish time is 11:00 PM. Teri Štěpánová will play for dancing and listening, the evening will be hosted by Czech Radio presenter Luděk Hubáček and representatives of both patient organisations. Please note that formal attire is required for entry to the hotel!

Due to the hall capacity of 100 persons, we will send your ticket only after payment of CZK 500 to the Czech Hemophilia Society account 2109200873/2700 (please include your full name and "co-payment Marriott event" in the note). This way, all genuinely interested participants should be accommodated.

We are immensely pleased that we can continue in the tradition established in previous years and that the baton is being passed to the equally remarkable setting of Hotel Marriott.
