Minutes of the CSH Council Meeting 08.06.2015

Council members discussed

1. The third annual "We Are Here for You" meeting at Hotel Jezerka near Chrudim on October 23-24, 2015.

• Participants will pay for the stay as follows: all CSH and Hemojunior members CZK 500, non-members CZK 1,000, children of members under 18 free of charge, children of non-members CZK 500. For example, a family with both parents as members and two children under 18 will pay CZK 1,000; a family with one parent as a member and one non-member parent with two children under 18 will pay CZK 1,500; a family with both parents as non-members and two children will pay CZK 3,000. A Hemojunior member in this case refers to only one adult person, not the entire family.
• Vladimir Dolejs will invite Peter Salaj to give a lecture on the topic of care for carriers.
• Martin Bohun will pass all known detailed information about Jezerka to V. Dolejs and N. Zidkova.
• Vladimir Dolejs will write the relevant informational materials about Jezerka for the Society's website.
• Nastya Zidkova will create a registration form for the website.
• Council members will also propose lecture topics for both psychologists.

2. Next Council meeting on July 6, 2015.

• Martin Bohun and Vladimir Dolejs will confirm the date by the end of this week.
• If the Council does not agree on this date, the meeting will be on another day, most likely a workday or during the children's camp on August 22.

3. Change of the legal status of CSH.

• CSH must, by law, transform from a civic association to a registered society by the end of 2015.
• Vladimir Dolejs will contact lawyers in connection with the change of status.
• The subsequent change of statutes must be approved by the Society's conference. The Council will convene it for the same date at the same venue as the "We Are Here for You" meeting, i.e., October 24 at Hotel Jezerka near Chrudim.
