Off to Zubri for Camp Again in 2017

The traditional children's hemophilia camp will also take place next year. Below you will find the first details about prices and registration. The dates remain the same -- the first two weeks of summer holidays -- so the camp will run from 1 to 15 July 2017 at the well-known Zubri Recreation Centre near Nove Mesto na Morave. You can look forward to the proven team of leaders and medical staff from previous years, and Vojtech Hornik will once again be the head counselor.

The camp fee remains the same as in previous years -- three categories have been created so that participants with hemophilia or von Willebrand disease receive the greatest benefit:

CZK 3,000 for participants with hemophilia or von Willebrand disease
CZK 5,000 for their siblings
CZK 7,000 for other participants

The price includes:

Transport of children from and to Prague, and if there is interest, also from Ostrava, Olomouc, and Brno
Accommodation, meals (5 times daily + all-day beverages)
Basic accident insurance
Transport for trips
Overall camp operation

Using the registration form, you can register your child for camp. Within 14 days of submitting the form, expect an email confirmation that we have recorded your registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact hornik.vojta@gmail.com or call 739 472 735 (Vojtech Hornik).

The registration deadline is 28 February 2017; however, if you are interested in attending the camp, do not delay your registration.

Children who have completed at least the first grade of primary school may attend the camp; the upper age limit is 18 years. As is traditional, we are organizing joint transport from Prague and, if there is sufficient interest, also from Ostrava with stops on the outskirts of Olomouc and Brno.
