Summer Haemophilia Camp 2016

The camp is still more than half a year away, but we are already bringing you the first more specific information and registration instructions. We have already announced the camp dates -- this time it will take place from 2 to 16 July 2016 at the Zubří Recreation Centre in the Vysočina Highlands. You can mark these two weeks in your diaries and look forward to them.

The camp fee remains the same as last year -- three categories have been created to give the greatest advantage to participants with haemophilia or von Willebrand disease:

CZK 3,000 for participants with haemophilia or von Willebrand disease
CZK 5,000 for their siblings
CZK 7,000 for other participants

The price includes:

Transport for children from and to Prague, and if there is interest, also Ostrava, Olomouc, and Brno
Accommodation, meals (5 times a day + all-day drinking regime)
Basic accident insurance
Transport for trips
Overall camp operations

We ask you to use this online form to register children for the camp -- at the same time, please make sure you fill in all details carefully. Within 14 days of submitting the form, expect an email confirmation that we have registered the application. The deadline for applications is 29 February 2016; however, if you are interested in attending the camp, do not delay with registration!

Children who have completed at least the first year of primary school may attend the camp; the upper age limit is 18 years. As is traditional, we are preparing shared transport from Prague and, if there is sufficient interest, also from Ostrava with stops on the outskirts of Olomouc and Brno.
