Hemophilia Ball in Slovakia

Hemophilia Ball in Slovakia

This year marks the thirteenth time that the "Slovak Hemophilia Association" (Slovenské hemofilické združenie) organised a formal hemophilia ball. This event, with a tradition spanning over a decade, aims primarily to bring members together in a relaxed, non-work atmosphere and foster friendly meetings among all supporters of Slovak hemophilia patients. Despite the unfavourable flu season, over 60 attendees participated in the ball, including hemophilia patients themselves, parents, friends of hemophilia patients, and those who simply enjoy the atmosphere and organisation of this event.

As you can see in the short photo report, the programme was truly diverse.

The Hemophilia Ball, along with other events organised by the Slovak Hemophilia Association - www.shz.sk, takes place in Turčianske Teplice, a place with healing springs, established spas, and beautiful Fatra nature in the surrounding area.

We wish the Slovak Hemophilia Association and its members continued success with future editions of this wonderful event!

In this regard, we would like to pose a simple question. Should the Czech Hemophilia Society organise a similar event for Czech hemophilia patients? You can share your opinion via this link.
