Invitation to the CSH Conference

Dear members of the Czech Hemophilia Society, we cordially invite you to the annual election Conference of the Society. It will take place on 14 October after the conclusion of the professional programme of the "TOGETHER ABOUT HEMOPHILIA" meeting at the Top Hotel, Blažimská 4, 149 00 Prague 4 - Chodov. We expect the start at 4:00 PM.

We ask all those who intend to attend the conference to confirm their interest by Friday 6 October at the well-known Society contacts info@hemofilici.cz or phone 777 078 509. Please provide your first and last name (and membership number if applicable) and a contact email address or phone number.

The Conference is the highest body of the Czech Hemophilia Society, and this time it is also an election conference, meaning the composition of the new CSH Board will be formed here, which will manage the Society's activities for the next four-year period. Candidacy can be submitted directly on site, but it is more advantageous to notify the current board in advance so that these important elections can be properly and thoroughly prepared. Please do so again by email, phone, or in writing.

The Annual Conference meets according to the statutes always after a longer period of time, and is therefore exceptionally important. Come and participate in deciding the future direction of the Society - after all, it concerns you and your interests.
