EURORDIS Request for Cooperation

EURORDIS is a non-governmental patient organisation founded in 1997, and our society is a member. It unites 600 patient organisations dedicated to rare diseases in more than 50 countries and covers over 4,000 rare diseases (more information can be found at www.eurordis.org). As a member organisation, they have asked us for cooperation from our members. It involves filling out a very brief questionnaire that truly takes only a few dozen seconds. The text is in Slovak, but that should not be a problem.

EURORDIS supplemented the request with the following text: We would appreciate it if you could find a few minutes to fill out this anonymous questionnaire. We ask for brief, short, and precise answers. Please find a moment of your time. The information collected will be analysed by trained professionals with the aim of highlighting specific problems and will serve to initiate dialogue with competent national authorities. The survey results will not be provided back to you directly; however, you will be able to view the campaign results on the Eurordis website (a dedicated section "Access to Care Campaign" will be created on the site).
