Together This Time in Jihlava

Three editions of the traditional "Together about Haemophilia" meeting took place at one location, and then we began moving to a different venue each year. This time, we will meet on 14-16 September 2018 in Jihlava. We will be hosted by the local EA Business Hotel. Once again, we decided to dedicate an entire weekend to this event and give you the opportunity to spend more time together. The programme will be even more focused on so-called workshops, i.e. discussions on individual topics in smaller groups, allowing for mutual sharing of knowledge and experience.

To better plan the necessary capacity and workshop schedule, please select in the registration form which sessions you would be interested in attending. Of course, several interesting lectures from the fields of haematology, gynaecology, psychology, psychosomatics, and more also await you. Please note that this is a draft programme, which may change in some details. However, we will make every effort to adhere to the proposed programme.

You can register now using this form, by 24 August 2018 at the latest. Due to the limited hotel capacity, some of us may be accommodated in another nearby hotel. However, in practice, this would only be for sleeping -- all programme activities will take place at the same venue. Do not hesitate to register; it may happen that once the capacity is filled, we will be forced to close registration.

Participation fees have been set as follows: CSH and Hemojunior members pay CZK 500/night, non-members CZK 1,000/night, children of members under 18 attend free of charge, children of non-members pay CZK 500/night. CSH and Hemojunior members who will not be staying overnight at the hotel and will only attend the Saturday expert programme pay CZK 200, non-members CZK 400, children of members under 18 attend free of charge, children of non-members pay CZK 200. Please note that for the purposes of this event, only members who pay their membership fees regularly and on time are considered members. The participation fee also includes all-day refreshments. Please send it to the CSH account by bank transfer by 31 August 2018 at the latest. If the fee is not paid by this date, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

Bank details: UniCredit Bank Account number: 2109200873/2700 In the message for the recipient, please include your full name and the note JIHLAVA.

In connection with the identification tags being prepared for persons with congenital bleeding disorders (see the article from 19 June), a representative from the company BodyID, with which we are cooperating on the production of identification bracelets, will be part of the Jihlava programme. You will be able to have your bracelet made on site and take it home with you. You will also learn more about the so-called online profile that you can individually set up with the bracelet. All registered participants will be informed shortly before the event about the conditions under which bracelet production will take place in Jihlava. We anticipate launching the entire project at the turn of August and September.
