World Hemophilia Day? This Time, Sailor Style.

It is celebrated all over the world every 17 April. This time, however, we are postponing it slightly and waiting for better weather. We will be sailing on the Bata Canal.

We expect that a tour of this unique technical marvel (www.batakan**al.cz**) will attract considerable interest from members, supporters, and friends of the Czech Hemophilia Society and Hemojunior, who will come to board the vessel. A welcoming deck awaits them, as well as land-based fun for children and adults alike. Anyone who arrives at the harbour in Veseli nad Moravou on Saturday 4 May at 10:00 can see for themselves.

Dancing to music or just listening, competing and having fun, chatting with friends -- that is the main purpose of this gathering. If anyone would like to showcase their skills and talents before a friendly audience of colleagues, whether on the boat or on shore, they will be all the more warmly welcomed. After all, we will be among our own.

Leave life jackets and swimming rings at home, but bring your good mood. Previous gatherings -- whether at go-kart tracks, the western town, or the Hummer off-road fortress -- were all a success, and this time will certainly be no different.

To prepare the programme properly, we need to know how many people will attend. You can register as usual via the registration form right here on the website, send an email to info@hemofilici.cz, or call the Society's phone number. The most convenient option for everyone will be the first one, from which we can also see the number of children and adults.

The registration deadline is 5 April 2013! So do not hesitate -- the sailors are already greasing the cable pulleys and painting the deck.
