Minutes of CSH Council Meeting, 8 June 2015

Council members discussed:

1. Third edition of the "We Are Here for You" meeting at the Jezerka Hotel near Chrudim on 23 and 24 October 2015.

• Participants will contribute to the stay as follows: all members of the CSH and Hemojunior CZK 500, non-members CZK 1,000, children of members under 18 free of charge, children of non-members CZK 500. For example, a family with both parents as members and two children under 18 will pay CZK 1,000; a family with one parent as a member, the other a non-member, and two children under 18 will pay CZK 1,500; a family with both parents as non-members and two children will pay CZK 3,000. For the purposes of this arrangement, a Hemojunior member is considered to be a single adult, not the entire family.
• Vladimír Dolejš will invite Peter Salaj to give a lecture on the topic of "Care for Carriers".
• Martin Bohůn will pass all known detailed information about the Jezerka Hotel to V. Dolejš and N. Žídková.
• Vladimír Dolejš will write the relevant informational materials about the Jezerka event for the association's website.
• Nasťa Žídková will create a registration form for the website.
• Council members will also suggest lecture topics for both psychologists.

2. Next Council meeting on 6 July 2015.

• Martin Bohůn and Vladimír Dolejš will confirm the date by the end of this week.
• If the Council cannot agree on this date, the meeting will be held on another day, most likely a weekday or during the children's camp on 22 August.

3. Change of legal status of the CSH.

• The CSH must, by law, transform from a civic association to an association (spolek) by the end of 2015.
• Vladimír Dolejš will contact lawyers in connection with the change of status.
• The subsequent change of statutes must be approved by the association's conference. The Council will convene it for the same date and at the same venue as the "We Are Here for You" meeting, i.e. 24 October at the Jezerka Hotel near Chrudim.
