Where to Look for a Job?

Finding a job with a disability can be difficult. Conversely, there are companies that actively seek employees who are persons with disabilities because they receive tax breaks for them. A new internet portal helps to bring these two sides together.

The project was created in cooperation with the General Directorate of the Labour Office and the Foundation for Supporting the Employment of Persons with Disabilities. Its foundation is the new portal www.praceozp.cz, which provides persons with disabilities assistance in finding employment on the open labour market and also aims to educate employers.

AV Institut, the author of the project, is not merely a job placement agency. It provides, on a commercial basis, comprehensive HR, educational, and legislative services to companies and organisations that want to employ persons with disabilities. The project's uniqueness lies in connecting the fields of healthcare, social affairs, and human resources. AV Institut, as the successor to the company Santé Institut, which was focused among other things on providing occupational health services, strives to link all three areas together.
