Art Competition "What Is Your Dream"

That is the name of the art competition prepared by Octapharma in cooperation with the Haemophilia Foundation Australia (HFA). Children from all World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) member countries can enter the competition in three categories. All artworks will be exhibited in May at the World Hemophilia Congress in Melbourne, Australia. And how can you get involved? It is simple. Print out the picture template, which along with the rules you will find later in this article, and draw your dream. There are attractive prizes to be won.
Octapharma has also promised to reward every Czech artist who participates in the competition. Send the picture, along with the completed registration form, by 31 March 2014 at the latest, either as a colour-scanned PDF to info@hemofilici.cz (preferred method), or by post to the address of CSH Board member: Mgr. Jana Kalábová, Kino Svratka, Brněnská 152, 666 01 Tišnov. At the end of the competition, HFA will issue a participation diploma to each contestant.

COMPETITION TERMS AND RULES
Haemophilia Foundation Australia (HFA), with financial support from Octapharma, is the organiser of the entire event. HFA is solely responsible for receiving and processing the personal data required for the child's registration and entry into the competition.
Categories and Age Children from all WFH member countries who fall into one of the three categories can enter the art competition:
- Category 1: children aged up to 4 years
- Category 2: children aged 5 to 8 years
- Category 3: children aged 9 to 11 years
Only one picture per child will be accepted into the competition. The deadline for Czech artists is 31 March 2014.
Competition Timeline
- 12 October 2013 -- Competition opens
- 31 March 2014 -- Deadline for Czech artists
- 21 April 2014 -- Last day for drawings to be received by HFA
- 11-13 May 2014 -- Exhibition of drawings at the WFH Congress and voting
- 14 May 2014 -- Vote counting, announcement of results, and prize distribution
- 14-30 May 2014 -- Printing of participation diplomas for each contestant
Judging and Competition Results
The drawings will be judged through a voting process that will take place at the World Hemophilia Congress in Melbourne. All drawings will be displayed at the Octapharma exhibition stand. Each visitor will be invited to vote for the best drawing in each category.
Voting
- Congress participants who visit the Octapharma exhibition stand will be invited to vote for the best drawing in each category.
- Ballot papers will be placed in a voting box set up for this purpose.
- Votes will be counted at the end of voting.
- The three drawings in each category that receive the most votes will become the first, second, and third prize winners.
Announcement of Winners
After all votes have been counted, the results will be announced at the Octapharma exhibition stand on Wednesday, 14 May 2014. An HFA representative will contact each winner within 24 hours by phone, email, or post. The list of winners will be available from 14 May 2014 on the HFA website www.haemophilia.org.au and also on the Octapharma website www.octapharma.com.
Prizes for winners in each category are as follows:

Copyright and Drawing Rights Drawings will not be returned to the contestant. The artworks will become the property of HFA and Octapharma and may be used to promote further competitions. No personal information about the contestants will be provided to Octapharma.
Drawings accepted into the competition are not and will not be subject to any copyright, distribution rights, or payments.
