Summer Camp -- Back to Zubri Again

Dear campers, we are pleased to announce that the summer camp will take place as planned in 2015 as well. The Recreational Facility in Zubri in the Vysocina Highlands proved successful, so we have reserved it for the next two years. Next year we will return to the traditional two-week format, from 8 to 22 August. Those who plan to participate should keep this date in mind.

The price will be somewhat different. The CSH Council has decided to provide the greatest advantage to people with haemophilia, resulting in three payment categories:

CZK 3,000 for participants with haemophilia or von Willebrand disease
CZK 5,000 for their siblings
CZK 7,000 for other participants

The price includes:

Transport for children from and to Prague, and if there is interest, also from Ostrava, Olomouc, and Brno
Accommodation, meals (5 times daily + all-day beverages)
Basic accident insurance
Transport for excursions
Overall camp operations

Interest can be expressed now via the online form (preferred method), or by phone to Martin Bohun (tel. 723487239) by 28 February 2015 at the latest. We ask all applicants to provide their details carefully -- every year we encounter, for example, incomplete addresses, missing personal identification numbers, and similar issues.

Children who have completed at least the first year of primary school may participate in the camp, with an upper age limit of 18. We are preparing shared transport from Prague's Motol University Hospital, and if there is sufficient interest, also from Ostrava with stops on the outskirts of Olomouc and Brno.

Parents whose children would like to attend the camp should not delay their application but send it as soon as possible.
