Annual Award of ČSH and Hemojunior

At this year's gala evening in Prague, we had the great honour of recognising our long-standing member Mr Zdeněk Březina, who was presented with the Annual Award of the Czech Haemophilia Society and Hemojunior.

The Czech Hemophilia Society Annual Award for 2024 was presented to Prof. MUDr. Miroslav Penka, CSc. The ceremonial announcement took place during the Gala Evening at the Marriott Hotel.

Petr Slunský - Laureate of the Czech Hemophilia Society Annual Award 2023

Mr Petr Slunský was announced as the Laureate of the Czech Hemophilia Society Annual Award for 2023 at this year's Intergenerational Meeting in Jihlava.

Vaclav Toth - Laureate of the Czech Hemophilia Society Annual Award 2022

The laureate of the annual award for 2021 is Mr Vaclav Toth, former economist of the Czech Hemophilia Society.

Czech Hemophilia Society Annual Award for Silvie Bereňová

Starting in 2009, the CSH Council decided to bestow its Annual Award. The recipient of the Annual Award was chosen by the Council based on nominations. The Annual Award is an expression of recognition and gratitude from the haemophilia community to the person who has contributed the most through help, ideas, performed an exceptional deed, or conversely worked for a long time for the benefit of those in need. The laureate can be anyone from among healthcare professionals, members, sponsors, representatives of official institutions, supporters - in short, anyone who deserves the gratitude of the association and its members for their extraordinary achievement or long-term effort.

Vladimir Dolejs - Laureate of the CSH Annual Award 2018

The laureate of the 2018 annual award is our long-standing member who served as a council member for twelve years, including seven years as chairman, Mr Vladimir Dolejs.
